Return/Refund Policy

Qualifications for Returns

• All returns must be made within 30 days of original ordered date.
• All returns must be made with the original package, unopened, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition.
• All returns past 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Original shipping charge is NOT refundable.
• Defective merchandise or shipment in error is returnable for credit at no charge within 30 days.
• No merchandise is returnable after one year from original ordered date.

Returns Procedure

All product returns must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip via DSS website “MY ACCOUNT > Order History” page. Due to the nature of some products, not all items are eligible for return. DSS will consider the amount of credit based on the return-packages received conditions. Once the returns are accepted, DSS will issue a credit slip toward customer’s account.

Transportation of Returns

To ensure prompt and accurate credit returns, a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip should be included with the returned items. Return freight is to be prepaid by customers.
