Returns / Exchanges Policy

Qualifications for Returns/EXCHANGES

1. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of original ordered date.
2. All returns/exchanges must be made with the original package, unopened, undamaged, and in re-saleable condition.
3. All returns/exchanges past 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. Original shipping charge is NOT refundable.
5. Defective merchandise or shipment in error is returnable for credit at no charge within 30 days.
6. No merchandise is returnable/exchangeable after one year from original ordered date.

7. We would only issue a refund to customer's original credit card, if needed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES Procedure

All product returns/exchanges must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip via DSS website “MY ACCOUNT > Order History” page. Due to the nature of some products, not all items are eligible for return/exchange. DSS will consider the amount of credit based on the return-packages received conditions. Once the returns are received and evaluated, DSS will issue a credit slip for the merchandise amount toward the customer’s account.

 

To complete an exchange, please submit an order for the desired merchandise and the issued credit will be applied. Shipping charges will adhere to standard order policies based on the invoice total prior to the credit being applied.

Transportation of RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To ensure prompt and accurate credit returns, a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip should be included with the returned items. Return freight is to be prepaid by customers.
