All product returns must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip via DSS website “MY ACCOUNT > Order History” page. Due to the nature of some products, not all items are eligible for return. DSS will consider the amount of credit based on the return-packages received conditions. Once the returns are accepted, DSS will issue a credit slip toward customer’s account.
To ensure prompt and accurate credit returns, a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip should be included with the returned items. Return freight is to be prepaid by customers.
